During this live interactive workshop, facilitated by Dr. Allen You'll learn how to recognize and build upon your EQ; understand the role of empathy, self-awareness, and the ability to connect with people on an emotional level in business.

Simulation

Take the reigns of a troubled global company In this insightful and intriguing game based simulation. You take on the role of a new leader at a troubled corporation. It is your task to apply your newly, fine tuned skills in emotional intelligence to build a high-performing team, take on competitors, and turn the business around.
